Leap stands for Linking Employers And emPowered People and our key mission is to help job seekers, especially those from challenged backgrounds, to become economically independent by providing them with a pipeline of services that prepare them with the ‘soft’ skills and attitude that potential employers desire.
This includes working with employers and support organizations to maximize an individual’s chance of gaining employment.
